“Light Up Their Lives”
You can light up their lives with a candle walk. It is for all of our veterans who are in the hospitals. They are the our service men and women in the ARMY—NAVY—MARINES—AIR FORCE—COAST GUARD. They include veterans form World War II—Korea—Vietnam—Afghanistan—Iraq.
The candle walk is to tell our veterans that we care for them. They gave us our freedom, so let’s show them that we appreciate what they did for us. Come light a candle.
Date: Friday, September 15, 2006
Time: 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Place: Rancho Tapo Community Park Veterans Plaza
3700 Avenida Simi, Simi Valley, CA (Close to the Senior Citizen’s Building)
