Newbury Park Muslims Denounce Terror

Finally, local Muslims are beginning to denounce the actions of the radical Islamo-fascist worshipers. It is a good first step. Why has it taken so long? The scariest part of what is happening today has been the lack of outrage on the part of mainstream Muslims.

The U.S. is the most tolerant country in the world. The law is the law, but it is rooted in a tradition of religious acceptance. If Muslims expect that tradition to survive, they must convincingly explain to the public why they have been so long in absence from any meaningful protest against their fellow Islamists.
